About

I began oil painting while in high school, but didn’t pick up a brush again until many years later. Once diving back into the art world, I realized how much I enjoy exploring the depths of my creativity. Quite frequently I am inspired when near lakes, oceans, and beautiful landscapes. But I also find my interest piqued by cityscapes and old abandoned structures. My art often encompasses moments in time.

Whether I’m inspired by something I’ve seen, a story heard, or an experienced event, I attempt to bring the intimacy of the emotion felt to the canvas. My hopes are that despite the personal spark which prompted the creation of a painting, or the deep affectionate attachment I may have, that it stimulates a feeling within the viewers and they form their own personal bond within.

My art has been shown at numerous events, including art walks, galleries, and a variety of businesses. Originally from Southern California, I currently live in Edmond, Oklahoma.

When not painting, I enjoy traveling, playing pickleball, cycling, photography, and spending time with family and friends.
